We offer a complete range of crown and bridge and removable restorations with consistent quality and service at exceptional values. For over 20 years we have provided our customers with state of the art Cast Partials, Fixed Restorations and Dentures. We are a full service lab and offer Captek™, Procera® Crowns, Procera® Bridges and Laminates, Vitallium 2000 Cast Partials, Empress® and a full line of dentures.

Denticon was founded in 1986 in the town of Nogales, Mexico, which borders the twin city of Nogales, Arizona. The laboratory operates under the Maquiladora Program, (a Mexican corporation, wholly or predominantly owned by foreigners) that manufactures products for export to the U.S. and/or other countries. Most U.S. Fortune 500 companies operate under the Maquila program to take advantage of quality labor at lower costs.

Our lab in Mexico is 4 miles from the U.S. border thus providing inexpensive rapid transportation from the U.S. and back. Our shipping and receiving office is in Nogales, Arizona. Our customers communicate at their convenience (using a toll free 800 number) with our bilingual (English & Spanish) managers at the lab.

We use only U.S. brand-name materials such as Captek™, Procera®, Ceramco® 3 and Ceramco® Kiss porcelains, NobelRhondo™ porcelain, Ivoclar porcelains, Ivoclar IPS Empress Esthetic and IPS e.max®, Austenal CCA, Vitallium 2000® , Argen noble & high noble alloys, Lucitone 199 and Dentsply teeth. We are a UCLA Certified Captek™ Lab. Our technicians are managed by a team of NBC Certified Dental Techincians and we are a NADL Certified Dental laboratory. Denticon is also an FDA and DAMAS registered laboratory.
