Adjustable PM Ultra Positioner™
The APM Ultra Positioner is a fully adjustable mandibular repositioning device that provides the maximum in occlusal-vertical support. APM Positioner is made with our exclusive heat-sensitive Brux-eze® material that softens in hot water for ease of insertion and comfort.  It features full protrusive adjustment, defined lateral ability, tongue space freedom, durability and comfort. 
A protrusive bite is required.

APM Rem-e-deze®  
(available by special request)
Excellent for strong-muscled, heavy clenching patients. This unique hybrid combines the strength of traditional hard acrylic throughout the occlusal, along with the on-call flexibility of Brux-eze for the facial and lingual flanges. The APM Rem-e-deze insures strength along with comfort and ease of insertion.
A protrusive bite is required.

TAP Appliance® Choices:

TAP® 1
Excellent for strong-muscled, heavy bruxing patients, the TAP Plus provides maximum lateral ability.  It features full protrusive adjustment, maximum lateral ability, durability and comfort.  *Note: The outer turning handle can be removed later, when adjustments are no longer needed.

TAP® 3
This hardware offers a much smaller profile than the TAP 1 and no outer turning mechanism.  The TAP 3 is adjusted using a separate allen wrench key.  The upper hook, made of Catamold-injected steel and is nickle-free. Compact and strong, the TAP 3 has a lower slot with two connecting positions for advancement.
